a thing of beauty
for any non-homebrewers this is yeast bubbling out of an airlock. while this is a little messy and slight sanitation risk it means that i have achieved some wild fermentation. this current batch is a belgian single abbey ale.

After leaving my hometown of Marietta, OH I spent the summer of 1997 touring with the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps based in Canton OH. In 2001 i graduated from Capital University in Columbus with a bachelor's degree in music education. After graduation I taught in central Ohio for five years at Westland High School. Currently i am the assistant band director in the Gatesville ISD and occupy myself by playing music, reading, watching football, home brewing.
